Claiming Victory in 2013 – January 14th, 2013, by Danny J. Stevens

“We cannot change the cards we are dealt, just how we play the hand.”
~ Randy Pausch

In all of the self-help and personal development work, it is stressed that the results you receive are based on our thoughts and actions. To some extent we have created the situation we are experiencing in other cases we have been given a challenge. The circumstance that exist are there and must be dealt with, we can change the view (focus) and actions we take to deal with or avoid the situation. For most we will take the path of least resistance, This is the common way. Is it the way to obtain the results we are seeking?

This is the part where nobody can tell you which is the correct path. You will use your brain and figure out what was working, what wasn’t working (sensory acuity ) and the analyze and determine what needs to happen. At no point should you let me or anyone else tell you what is the correct path. We each will be able to determine the path. Does this mean that we can not be mentored. Of course, but we still need to use our due diligence to ensure this is the correct path!
