Do you have a written plan?  by Danny J. Stevens

It is said that approximately only 3% of the population has written goals and even fewer review those goals.   Written goals great enhance the achievement of those goals, especially if the goals are reviewed on a regular basis.  Brian Tracy suggests that the goals should be reviewed on a daily basis.

Business should also have written goals and plans.   The written document(s) serve as motivators to reach certain level of achievement.  It is a path and strategy of how the owners or management of the company  plans to do business.  It is a disaster planning kit (of sorts) which identifies potential issues such as weaknesses and threats the business faces and how the business plans to address these issues.

If you don’t have a plan, it is like a boat with no motor, sails or oars!
