Reflection on a Famous Quote – February 15, by Danny J. Stevens

“The more intensely we feel about an idea or a goal, the more assuredly the idea, buried deep in our subconscious, will direct us along the path to its fulfillment.”

Earl Nightingale

The more I read and hear the writings and program by Earl Nightingale the more awe I have for this gentleman!   He has now passed on, but his wife Diana has carried on his works.    Please see http://premium.nightingaleradio.podomatic.com/ to see some of the work accomplished by this couple.

We all have dreams.   Yet a dream is only a thought, until it becomes more ingrained in to our emotional outlook.  If you keep a journal, and I hope you do, you may have read one of your past entries and had totally forgotten about the dream you wrote about.  Yet, you will see entries where you kept an image of your dreams before you, they became part of your life until they were manifested.

If you are following my blog, you have noticed that I am writing about my thoughts on the daily entries of the small book, “Giant Steps:  Small Changes to Make a Big Difference – 365 Daily Lessons in Self Mastery,”  written by Anthony Robbins.  One thing Tony teaches as we make goals or build dreams is that you need to take immediate actions to move us forward towards that dream.  Each action engrains the thought deeper into our emotional realm and it transforms from just a thought to a desire.

What dream can you turn into a desire?  Do you have a desire?  What can you do to move you towards that dream today?
