Reflection on a Famous Quote – February 19, by Danny J. Stevens

“What is not started today is never finished tomorrow.”

 Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Imagine that procrastination has been around likely since the beginning of the human race.   Even with good intentions things happen and worst we procrastinate and make excuses to put of the action until another day.  By doing this on a consistent basis you are always behind and likely will not be able to catch up unless you change.

This is one reason why when you make a decision before leaving the spot where you made the decision you need to take at least two steps that will move you towards that decision immediately.  Then each day thereafter you will do something which will move you toward that goal.   Doing this, you will not lose sight of the decision and you will be building momentum to see it through to completion.

Famous Quote, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, Today, started, finished, tomorrow, procrastination, procrastinate, excuses, action, change, immediately
