Reflection on a Famous Quote – February 21, by Danny J. Stevens

“I do not think of all the misery, but of all the beauty that still remains”

~ Anne Frank

Anne Frank was confronted with extreme hatred and knew the horrors of the Nazis.   She could have easily withdrawn and blamed how she felt on the need to hide from the Nazi regime.  Instead she found a way to enjoy life.

Changing your focus, the vocabulary you use, and how you use your physiology will change how you feel.   Changing even one part of these will change your emotions.
