An Exercise to Change Focus by Danny J. Stevens

Day 48, Giant Steps in to 2012

Have you ever felt depressed and a kid started to laugh.  How long could you keep feeling depressed?  When I first heard of this exercise, Tony Robbins stated you could work on this exercise while sitting at a stop sign, dressing, cooking using your busy schedule to get a change to spend a minute or more per day practicing grinning.  Being playful and trying various silly ways to place a huge grin on your face!

This is a simple way to change you physiology and change your focus.  Does this help you feel  better?  If not, spend a few more minutes for several days working on this exercise.
