Where is your focus?, by Danny J. Stevens

Day 53, Giant Steps in to 2012

There have been a lot of lessons on the power of focus.  It is such an important concept.   I am amazed the more and more that I write about the topics and reflect on others work that we are still discussing an old and familiar topic, “We become what we think about consistently.”    Throughout the ages this has been true.  From the Christian bible, Job 3:25, New International Version (NIV), “What I feared has come upon me; what I dreaded has happened to me.”

What are you focusing upon?  When you state, “I don’t want to go broke.”  Remember that the focus is still on the subject, being broke.  Focus on the direction you want to achieve.  Watch the vocabulary used and never look on, think about the results you do not want, only the result you do.

This is an area where you should take out your hard bound journal and write about what you are thinking throughout the day.  What are the results you are achieving?  You should notice that your thoughts are becoming your experience.
