Day 54, Giant Steps in to 2012

We have all had days were we just do not feel like exercising, walking doing whatever that needs to be done.  We drag our feet and use excuses like I have not had my morning coffee.  Have you noticed that after you get started you do not have a problem continuing.  To spark your emotions do something physical.  

The smiling exercise is one which doesn’t take a lot of movement and yet it can get you moving for the entire day.  Tony Robbins suggests, that if this happens change the routine, make it fun.  His example is rather than jogging today, go skipping.   It is still great exercise; it changes your state and everyone around you.  Have fun!  Move!
