Reflection on a Famous Quote – February 29th 2012, by Danny J. Stevens

“Doubts and mistrust are the mere panic of timid imagination, which the steadfast heart will conquer, and the large mind transcend.”

~ Helen Keller

Helen Keller understood the Terror Barrier.  This is where one paradigm or conditioning is in conflict with a new paradigm or a new conditioning.  Both paradigms cannot co-exist.   If you have not prepared yourself emotionally by ingraining the new paradigm when the doubts and mistrust speak, we may panic and in our timid imagination we will return to what is familiar and comforting, even if we know beyond a doubt that this belief keeps us in pain and misery!

By will and a strong enough why, the new paradigm will conquer and you will pass the terror barrier.  What could you achieve if you knew you could not fail?
