You can not expect to do anything, if you are thinking what you need to do if you are defeated. You attention is going towards being defeated. It is good to have a back up plan but most of your thoughts and efforts need to be spent on the plan for victory.

In other words how congruent are you? Often we tell ourselves that we are strong, the we can accomplish something yet the underlying thoughts is something like I hope I can make this happen, I have been able to do this in the past, or some other thoughts which might not be in agreement. This is the difference between conscious thought and those of our sub-conscious.

If I have the feeling, “I could do that but I don’t want too,” then there is no enthusiasm. There is no drive if you could do something. We can do anything we put our mind to and we can force ourselves to adapt. Yet when we are excited about a project we have the drive, the creativity and the will to see it through!

Remember that the focus is still on the subject, being broke. Focus on the direction you want to achieve. Watch the vocabulary used and never look on, think about the results you do not want, only the result you do.
